We love Nowa Li moccasins. The company began producing traditional moccasins in Sweden over 50 years ago and these are the ones we always wore as kids. Still today Nowali continues to produce these high quality moccasins in much the same way today (the stitching is still sewn by hand). |

Swedish brand Style by M.O.M. was originally called Tösabiten, which is a southern Sweden colloquial word that translates roughly to "Girlie". Karin Handin founded the brand after having a baby girl but is now focussing on unique and playful clothing and baby accessories for both boys and girls - most of it unisex.
Karin actually sews everything herself in her Stockholm studio, where she ensures that no item is exactly like another by adding unique details to each item.

Swedish clothing brand Emma and Malena make timeless pieces with a marine twist for both adult and kids. The kids’ items we’ve chosen for Nordic Monkeys are all made of the so called “pippi fabric”, inspired by the pattern on the jumpers of the 1950s fishermen on Swedish fishing community Käringön, but oh so suitable for cheeky little 21st century monkeys! |
