Deliveries
In order to provide a cost effective method of postage Nordic Monkeys uses the services of Australia post. We endeavour to send off all orders asap, often the same day but latest the following business day after order placement.
A discounted flat fee of $5.50 will be charged for all deliveries within Australia for purchases up to a total of $99. Express Post guarantees next business day delivery to all major Australian cities, delivery to regional or rural communities may take longer. Please contact us if your parcel has not arrived within 3 business days.
Free Express post delivery for all purchases over $100! (please make sure this option is selected when checking out)
All prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.

You can shop online with your Visa or Mastercard credit card or using your PayPal account. Nordic Monkey uses PayPal Payment Gateway, which is a secure gateway with 168-bit SSL encryption to make sure that your credit card transaction is absolutely safe (Nordic Monkeys won't even see your credit card no).

Should you prefer to place your order over email or phone please use the contact details at the bottom of every page. We will get in contact with you to organise a bank deposit before we send off your items.
Return Policy
Our return policy is simple - if you're not happy we're not. Therefore, if you're not satisfied with the item that you've been delivered, ring or email us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort something out (in most cases that means all your expenses back). Even if you've simply just changed your mind we'll be open to take items back, provided they're unused and intact with labels and packaging and you're happy to pay for the return package cost. But again, please make sure you contact us asap after delivery, and latest within 7 days.
